Each client is assigned to a Customer Service Team who is carefully selected to represent each brand’s unique process, expectations and needs. With pre-dispatch protocol in place, the AP&R team arrives on site with adequate manpower, appropriate equipment and sufficient materials to ensure routine maintenance requests are resolved promptly and without unnecessary costs.

While the AP&R Customer Service team focuses on customer deliverables, the AP&R accounting team works symbiotically to customize the needs and technological requirements set by each client accounting departments- a bulletproof combination.
